At Magnus, we believe that having good knowledge is key to our students making the very best progress in all their subjects. Therefore, Knowledge Organisers are a hugely important part of learning. These high-quality resources are produced every teaching cycle in all subjects and contain the knowledge that students will need to know to access the topics studied at the highest level. Key technical vocabulary is also included which helps support students’ literacy.
In years 7, 8 and 9, all homework set is from knowledge organisers, with students asked to learn small sections at a time. In years 10 and 11, this may also be supplemented with additional work.
