Ski Trip Information
Below you will find all the information from the ski trip meeting that took place on Thursday 11th October.

145 Blue runs (beginner)
181 Red runs (intermediate)
30 black runs (expert)
All equipment is loaned to students. If you have your own boots, helmet etc. please let us know.

What you need to bring
- Ski jacket
- Salopettes
- Ski socks
- Ski gloves/mittens
- Hats
- Goggles/glasses
- Bag
- Towels
- Shirts
- Base layers (it will be cold!)
- Snood
- Sun block (high factor spf)
- Lip balm (with an spf if possible)
- Sweatshirts/jumpers
- Swimwear
- Suitcase (please don’t bring a hardback one as we are travelling by coach!)
Mobile Phones
You are allowed to bring your phones on the trip at your own risk, and sensible use is required at all times.
Unsuitable images and recording must not be taken or shared on social media during, or after the trip. There will be consequences should this happen.
There will also be a rule of no phones at the dinner table throughout the trip!
Après-Ski
We have two après-ski activities included in the tour cost. One will be a pizza night, the other is a Trip to Salzburg.
There will also be another activity planned whilst we are there.
Outbound Journey
Wednesday 2nd January
2pm – Coach arrives at Magnus
3pm – Coach departs Newark for Dover
9.25pm – Ferry departs Dover (P&O Ferries)
Thursday 3rd January
11.55pm – Arrive in Calais (local time)
2pm – Estimated arrival time at Hotel Pass Leug, Golling
Inbound Journey
Tuesday 8th January
7pm – Depart hotel
Wednesday 9th January
10.50am – Ferry departs Calais (P&O Ferries)
11.20am – Arrive in Dover (local time)
5pm – Estimated return time at Magnus*

Passport and EHIC Card
Please hand these into member of office staff as soon as you can.
