Coronavirus Update – Free School Meals
Due to the possible future and sudden closure of the local Subway the school has now obtained Asda food vouchers for all students/families entitled to free school meals, the vouchers are for the value of £20 and are to cover a two week period.
The vouchers will be available for collection from main reception tomorrow (24th March 2020) from 9am to 12pm. We will be observing strict social distancing rules during collection which are as follows:
- Only one person will be allowed to enter the school reception at a time, please wait outside the school observing the 2 metre distance rules
- Once you have been admitted through to reception, please stand behind the barrier and confirm student name and postcode
- Once the voucher has been placed on the table please collect and leave reception promptly – using the hand sanitizer provided
- Site staff will be disinfecting door handles throughout the collection times
It is envisaged that these vouchers will be issued every two weeks following this, please keep checking our usual communication points for further notices. Please note you can still use the subway vouchers until they close.
